percent to decimal

In math, a percent is nothing but a way of writing a number as a fraction of 100 . it's more often denoted with the sign [%]  .For example, [35] [ %]  (read as "thirty-five percent") is equal to [35 / 100] .In order to convert a percent in to a decimal, fundamentally move the decimal point places to the left that is 0.45.In this section they shall speak about 10 percent of decimal form.

Example issue 1:

Write 10 percent in decimal form.

Solution:

Move the decimal point places to the left,

 10 percent is 10 per 100.

Therefore 10 percent can be written as 0.1 in decimal form

So that [10/100] = 0.10 zero after the decimal point has no value..
