Representation Problem 1 for What are Row Roots in Math:

what are the square root of √ (4) / (√16)
Solution:
Step 1: Factors of 4 = 2 × 2
                            √ (4) = √ (2 × 2)
                                        = √22
Step 2: Square root of 22 = 2
Step 3: Factors of 16 = 4 × 4
             √ (16) = √ (4 × 4) = √42
Step 4:  √42 = 4
Step 5: so, √ (4) / √(16) = 2 / 4
